Pre-Wire
Our comprehensive pre-wire services anticipate the home entertainment and home automation needs of the home owner and accommodate every detailed request. We wire the home completely for sound, video, automation and lighting control.
Acoustical Treatment
After the home is wired, we offer an acoustical treatment service using a sound deadening material which is installed after the pre-wire and prior to sheetrock installation. This is an optional service that creates exceptional results for the home owner’s lifestyle. It is in high demand in custom homes also because it helps make your home more energy efficient.
Trim Out
After the sheetrock is installed, our crew will professionally terminate wire ends, trim out and install in-wall/in-ceiling speakers as specified, and tidy up for the final clean up by the home builder prior to the homeowner move-in date. We ensure that all of our equipment and wiring will be out of the way, so that wall finishes and floors can be completed in a timely manner.
Final Installation
Once the home owner is ready to move in, we will install all TVs and audio video components for their customized home entertainment and automation system. We will then perform functional testing and professional audio/video calibrations to ensure all components are working to their highest capacity. Upon completion of the testing and tuning, we will give the home owner a complete overview of their new system and how to operate it.
Repair & Maintenance Services
When DeVance AV Design, Inc. provides video equipment, we offer a one-year parts and labor warranty in most cases and we maintain the warranty records for each of our clients.
